Every AURINE piece is 18k gold bonded to 316L surgical steel. It is built not to fade, and we back that with a warranty that has no end date.
What is covered
Any loss of colour or tarnish on any piece we sell, including pieces bought in a bundle, for as long as you own it.
How to claim
- Email hello@aurinejewellery.com with a photo of the piece and the name on your order.
- We confirm within one working day.
- We post a replacement the same week, or refund you if you prefer.
What is not covered
Loss, theft, or a piece that has been cut, bent or broken on purpose. Everything else is on us.
On top of the warranty, every order has 30-day returns for a full refund if the piece simply isn't you.
