Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your Aurine pieces. If you change your mind, you can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Return conditions
- Items must be unworn, in their original condition and in the original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, earrings can only be returned if unworn and with the protective seal intact.
- Sale items and gift cards follow the same 30-day policy unless marked final sale.
How to start a return
Email us at thaeco@outlook.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will reply within 1 business day with the return instructions and return address.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will confirm your refund by email.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived faulty, damaged or incorrect — in that case we cover all costs and offer an immediate replacement or full refund.
Faulty or damaged items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we will resolve it immediately at no cost to you.
Lifetime Colour Warranty
All Aurine pieces are covered by our Lifetime Colour Warranty: if the colour of your piece ever fades or tarnishes under normal wear, we will replace it free of charge. This warranty is independent of the 30-day return window.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before it has been dispatched. Email us as soon as possible and we will cancel and refund you in full.
