This rings is different: a core of 316L surgical steel, the grade used in watch cases and implants, with 18k gold bonded to it in a vacuum chamber (PVD). The gold is fused to the metal, not dipped on. It wears like solid metal, so you can shower in it, train in it and sleep in it.
